If your order is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided at checkout, or if your parcel wasn’t collected from the post office in time, we will automatically process a refund (minus shipping costs).
Please note, refunds are processed as soon as the parcel is received back at our warehouse unless you contact us before the parcel is returned.
We do not reship returned parcels. If you’d still like your items, you’re welcome to place a new order once your refund has been issued.
The customer is liable for all import duties and taxes and should make their own enquiries as to what is payable in their country.

Due to health and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns.
Please email us with a detailed description of the fault or concern, including photos, and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

- IS IT WATERPROOF?
No, but it’s water-resistant.
- DOES IT HOLD A CURL?
It does for most people, however we can’t guarantee it will for everyone.
- IS IT SAFE FOR SENSITIVE EYES?
Yes, ROYAL NEW YORK Lash was tested using the internationally recognised EpiOcular™ Eye Irritation Test, which uses lab-grown human corneal tissue to assess potential eye irritation. It passed with flying colours, and was classified as non-irritating.
However, as everyone’s eyes and sensitivities are different, we cannot guarantee that you won’t experience irritation (this goes for any cosmetic product).
- IS THE DRIER FORMULA NORMAL?
Yes! ROYAL NEW YORK Lash may take a bit of getting used to for some people, as the formula is drier than you may be used to. This is intentional – it allows you to build dramatic volume, quickly!
It just means you need to focus on eye at a time and avoid breaks between layers, until you reach your desired volume. If the formula dries and you layer on top of it, it may flake or clump.
- WHAT IS TUBING?
Tubing mascaras contain special polymers that wrap around each individual lash, creating little ‘tubes’. Traditional mascaras just paint your lashes with pigments, leaving you with panda eyes if your lashes come into contact with water or your skin.
